From Irrational to Rational: 15 Natural Ways to Reduce Anxiety by Tara Hayes is a self-help book based on the experience of the author’s various medical conditions.
The book is a short read, and it is to the point. In the first part of the book, the writers mention the different conditions she faced while growing up like anxiety, agoraphobia, and others and how she handled them when she was a child.
Now that she is an adult, she presents in her book, and the second part of it fifteen tips on how to deal and face and reduce anxiety.
All of them are valid points, and I used some of them like exercising, for example. Also, the author points out a critical issue that most people fail to make the connection, which is you are what you eat.
It is a small book; you can read it under an hour but is full of useful information.
It is highly recommended.
