The first book explains the science behind the diet that the author presents and advocates and also the methodology and the logic behind it. This book is the practical aspect of the author’s lifestyle and way of living. The recipes are divided into three phases the same number as it is described in the first book.
The diet presented here is not for anyone, it is spicy and hot. I personally cannot follow it because of my previous stomach problems, but if you are ok with y our health and love spicy food, then this diet is for you. The recipes are easy to follow, the ingredients are presented straightforwardly. Yield, preparation and cooking time is also given which is very useful in the busy world we are living in.
One thing that it would be a good idea also to provide was maybe the caloric intake of each recipe for people that keep track of their daily calories. It provides ideas for all aspects of our lives, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and desserts. Furthermore, it is vegetarian and vegan-friendly, something that I really appreciate since I am a plant-based eater since 2013.
Ti is a versatile cookbook, and even if you don’t want to lose weight, it will provide you with lot’s of beautiful and unusual cooking ideas to surprise yourself and your loved ones.
