Mediterranean DietMediterranean Diet: Top 25 Recipes for Weight Loss & Healthy Living by Tori Smith is one of those books that I like for some things.

First, it provides recipes that are easy to make and easy to follow.

It provides for each recipe information like, preparation time, cooking time and how many servings it will yield.

Also, it presents a photograph of the final result of the recipe and a short nutritional profile.

It has dishes for all kind of tastes from Vegan to Omnivores.

The cooking instructions are precise and to the point and they do not leave any room for misunderstanding.

I especially liked the Creamy Vegan Bean and Eggplant Casserole recipe.

The book covers the three broad areas of persons eating habits which are breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes.

As a whole plant based eater, I would prefer if the book did not have animal products ingredients.

The book recipes are a miniature of what the Mediterranean diet contains as food is concerned.

I am sure I am having this cookbook always open when I am preparing food that will help me lose weight.
Highly recommended.
