Maia Sautelet comes from a family of chefs and artists, she grew up in the south of France, sampling and tasting new dishes for her parent’s restaurant. Her artistic streak took her to Paris, Florence, and London where she eventually settled to work as a designer in film and television. Her passion for plants led her to start her own garden design business in Sussex, England.
She loves good food, traveling and learning languages. She became a full-time cook when embarking on a 15 months adventure on a sailboat, island hopping in the Mediterranean, eating and cooking dishes from Greece, Italy, Sicily, Mallorca, and France.
