The author also presents scientific studies that prove that energy healing works and also accuses a lot of people that give a bad name to energy healers by stating facts like energy healing can heal cancer and other maladies 100%
It explains how energy healing works and what energy healers DO.
It shows with breathing techniques how to focus your intention, how to be mindful, how to be compassionate.
It also claims that you can heal a person from a distance.
All of that and much more are in this very researched book. The bibliography is vast at the end, and that shows the writer did his homework.
It is an alternative way of healing, and even if you don’t agree with it, it’s a beautiful book to read.
