I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

An End to Stress: A Guru’s Guide to Inner Peace by Don Lubov is humble and at the same time a fantastic book.

The author successfully analyses all the aspects that we should address in our life to escape the fear of ignorance and put an effective end at our stressful life’s.

The chaos theory is applied in this book with remarkable success. The author by using random thoughts and quotes – which at first glance do not make sense – manages at the end to present and deliver a beautiful philosophical essay that will help us overcome our busy and stressful life’s

I really enjoy the part of the book where the writer manages to give the definitions of organized religion and spirituality.

The whole book and the way the author constructed is an ode to Philosophy and how we should behave and think instead of blindly believing and accepting without questioning.

What I took from this book is that the way to any salvation and the way to any solution is pure Philosophy.

If you wish to learn about new ways and techniques on how to generally improve your way of thinking and to add to your arsenal philosophical and spiritual guidelines, then this is the book for you.

At some point, the book does get a little bit repetitive, but repetition is the mother of knowledge, so I don’t see that as a negative aspect of the book.

Closing I think the author wrote this book having in mind the best interest of the reader which is very obvious in the book’s content.

The core of the book is the author’s six-step path solution that I found very interesting, and you should definitely need to check out.
