Personally, I do not agree with low carb diets, we need healthy carbs to fuel our muscles and nervous system. Saying that the recipes in this book are perfect for snacks that you just want to keep you going and not fill you up with empty calories.

This book is perfect for vegetarians, and in some degree vegans, there are some animal products used like milk, eggs, and cheese. I intend to replace the animal milk, cheese, and eggs with plant-based ones. For example, I can replace cow’s milk with soy milk or almond milk, eggs with chia seeds and animal cheese with vegetarian cheese.

The directions are clear and precise, and they do not leave any room for misunderstandings. The ingredients are presented in a very detailed description, and the quantity in grams is also given making it very easy to follow.

A brief nutritional profile of the primary macronutrients is given and also the total calories of the recipe.

Preparation time, total time and number of serving are also offered. It is a lovely cookbook suitable for someone who is vegetarian or someone that wants to try the Vegetarian and Vegan lifestyle.
