Book review: Anxiety Makes Me Anxious

I was offered the opportunity to read this book for free to give an honest review.

Anxiety Makes Me Anxious by Shayna Brazier is one of those books that you don’t expect to blow your mind away.
When I started reading this book, I thought it would be another book on how to deal with your anxiety and ways and methods to resolve your stress issues.
Reading further I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my original assumption was dead wrong. It’s a while since I smiled and laughed so much with a book especially since my divorce about a year ago.
The author approach is original, and through her personal stories and personal life, events manage to bring joy to the reader and create a stress-free situation which is medicinal and therapeutic.
A very humorist book and I enjoyed reading it. I am sure whenever I want to have a stress-free day I will open this book and read one of the writer’s stories.
I strongly connected with the story of the Eisenhower Tunnel as I do also have a small fear of never ending tunnels.
